Unlike our childhood, when going out and playing under the blue sky, running around in the play park was the norm; children today are mostly constricted within the four walls of the house. In the present given scenario, kids are compelled to stay mostly indoors due to the lack of proper kids’ playground and parks.

Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC)

At the heart of Kuala Lumpur city, KLCC is an important landmark and also one of the most sought after tourist points in the city. Spread over an area of 50 acres, the KLCC play park aims at providing a patch of green at the center of the bustling city.

With a place for joggers, a lake, a kid’s playground, and a pool for water play, the park has something for everybody. If time isn’t a constraint, stay back after nightfall for the music and fountain show.  

The KLCC Park is open between 10:00-22:00 on all days of the week, and the entry is free for all.

Jungle Gym

One of the best kid’s playland in Selangor (Malaysia), Jungle gym, is an indoor playground for babies as well as big kids. However, children seven years and below have to be accompanied by an adult.

At Jungle Gym, the baby playground has a softball pit, slides, tunnels to crawl through, bridges, etc. For the big kids, the indoor playground has structures to climb on, Trampoline, water bed, air gun, small basketball field, etc. After all the jumping and running around, kids can try their hand at some arts and crafts.

Children have to wear socks at all times during their time at the Jungle Gym kids’ playland for hygiene and safety measures. No food and beverage is allowed to be taken inside.

The entry fee at the Bangsar outlet, as well as the Atria outlet, is RM25 for toddlers (below two years) and RM48 for kids (2 years and above). On weekends, public holidays or school holidays, it is RM35 for toddlers (below two years) and RM66 for kids (2 years and above). At the SkyAvenue outlet, it is RM148 for toddlers as well as kids for the entire day and 3-hour playtime, toddlers (below two years) have to pay RM35 and for kids (2 years and above), it is RM66. For every additional one hour of playtime, the fee is RM10.

Lake Gardens, Taiping

Spread over an area of 62 acres, the Taiping Lake Gardens is one of the most beautiful parks in Malaysia. The indoor playground at KizSports and Gym has a variety of slides, climbing structures numerous softball pool. This indoor baby playground is best for small children. Children can also have their birthday parties.

The kids’ playland conducts classes for kids on gymnastics, arts and crafts, martial arts, and dance. KizSports and Gym are present in three different locations in Malaysia.

The entry fee to this indoor playground is RM28 on weekdays and RM38 on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
